What is the best "style" of kettlebell lifting?

Kettlebell is probably the polar opposite of Slow Burn. It's all momentum and quite risky. Will you build muscle? Probably. Will you need to see an orthopedic surgeon? Probably. I think that's the reason this type of training fell by the wayside 100 years ago.

You are so wrong. You should explore kettlebell lifting. We had to cut off the entries for the Arnold competition at 120. Hardly by the wayside.

I've tried kettlebell training. It's quite dangerous. Half the time you are taking the weight on your bones and joints with those old timey strongman poses. I realize it's being revived and marketed as manly MMA / Russian Special Forces and all that, but your chances of injury are about 100%. Not that I care.
